Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with prospective students through calls and emails to keep enquiries moving
- Schedule counselling sessions and meetings for the senior counsellor
- Sit in on counselling sessions, take notes, and maintain accurate records of each interaction
- Maintain and update online records of enquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments
- Support the senior counsellor with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Learn the fundamentals of student counselling through shadowing and on-the-job training
What We're Looking For
- Minimum qualification: Graduate, any discipline (freshers welcome)
- Comfortable making calls and writing emails professionally
- Basic computer literacy (spreadsheets, email, online record-keeping)
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to follow through on tasks
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Genuine interest in eventually moving into a student counselling role
