Job Description
Jobified Jobs is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team in Calicut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process, sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of job openings.
Candidates with experience in Sales, FMCG, or Retail recruitment will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely position closures.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates in the ATS.
- Build a strong network of potential candidates.
- Stay updated on salary trends, talent availability, and recruitment market conditions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in Sales, FMCG, or Retail recruitment is preferred.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
- Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
