Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced 3D Animation & VFX Faculty to train, mentor, and inspire aspiring artists. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for helping students develop industry-ready creative skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver practical and industry-oriented training in 3D Animation and Visual Effects (VFX).
- Teach industry-standard software including:
- Autodesk Maya
- Blender
- Adobe After Effects
- Substance Painter
- ZBrush (Preferred)
- Other industry-relevant tools
- Guide students in:
- 3D Modeling
- Texturing
- Lighting
- Rigging
- Character Animation
- Dynamics & Simulations
- Compositing
- Rendering
- Mentor students on live projects, showreel creation, and portfolio development.
- Stay updated with the latest industry workflows, technologies, and AI-powered creative tools.
- Create an engaging, interactive, and professional classroom environment.
- Support students in developing industry-ready skills and career opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1+ year of teaching or relevant industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of the complete 3D Animation and VFX production pipeline.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Maya, Blender, Adobe After Effects, and other industry-standard software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Passion for teaching and guiding aspiring creative professionals.
- A strong professional portfolio or showreel will be an added advantage.
Salary
Full-Time Faculty: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
Visiting Faculty: Compensation will be decided based on the course duration, subjects handled, and teaching hours.
