Job Summary
We are seeking a courteous, energetic, and customer-focused Restaurant Waiter to join our hotel's Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent dining service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high standards of hospitality and cleanliness while creating a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain menu items, and recommend food and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and according to hotel service standards.
- Ensure guests' needs are attended to throughout their dining experience.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
- Handle guest queries and complaints politely, escalating issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Prepare bills and process guest payments accurately.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Assist with buffet setup, banquet service, and special events when required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10th/12th Pass or Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience as a Waiter/Steward in a hotel or restaurant.
- Freshers with relevant hospitality training may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
