Are you a visual storyteller with a meticulous eye for detail? Do you thrive in creative environments and have a passion for photography and design? We are looking for an Assistant Picture Researcher to join our team!
In this role, you will be an integral support to our Creative team, managing image requests and ensuring our projects are completed beautifully, within budget, and on schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Source Imagery: Conduct thorough searches using our Media Archive, preferred sites, and by liaising directly with institutions, museums, and press offices.
- Manage Rights & Compliance: Ensure all image usage is legally compliant and that all necessary rights – including secondary rights – are cleared prior to publication.
- Support the Creative Process: Assist with project tracking, maintain accurate records in our database for credit generation, and manage the flow of high-resolution images.
- Collaborate: Work closely with our Editorial and Design teams to meet project needs, attend startup meetings, and communicate regularly with Senior Picture Researchers.
- Develop Expertise: Gain hands-on experience with budget management, workflow scheduling, and discovering new collections.
Who You Are:
- Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate, preferably in Fine Arts, Photography, or Graphic Design.
- Experience: You are at the entry level or have 1–2 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Skills: You possess strong organizational and research skills, with an ability to multitask and handle multiple allocated projects efficiently.
- Communication: You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, allowing you to liaise harmoniously with agencies, photographers, and internal team members.
- Detail-Oriented: You have a meticulous eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Pay: ₹37,000.00 - ₹41,579.60 per month
