Rudra Shield Private Limited is hiring a Sales Conversion Executive – Inbound Leads for our Palam Vihar, Gurugram office.
Rudra Shield receives inbound leads from Google Ads for CCTV installation, biometric systems, access control, and security services. We need someone who can follow up with interested clients, understand their requirements, handle objections, coordinate quotations/site visits, and convert leads into confirmed paid clients.
This is not a cold-calling role. The candidate will work on interested inbound leads and quotation follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with inbound leads received through Google Ads.
- Handle quotation follow-ups through phone and WhatsApp.
- Understand client requirements for CCTV, biometric, access control, and security services.
- Explain Rudra Shield’s value professionally against cheaper local vendors.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for site visits, quotation updates, and client confirmations.
- Push leads toward clear next action: site visit, quotation approval, advance payment, or closure.
- Maintain daily follow-up status in CRM/Excel/ERP.
- Share daily updates on calls, connected leads, hot leads, lost leads, and next-day follow-ups.
- Ensure no assigned lead is left unattended.
- Build trust with clients through professional communication and timely follow-up.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, client follow-up, customer conversion, counselling, or related roles.
- Strong Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Basic English reading and writing is preferred.
- Comfortable with daily calling and WhatsApp follow-up.
- Comfortable making regular follow-up calls every day.
- Able to handle price objections and client hesitation professionally.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with performance-linked incentive.
- Disciplined in maintaining follow-up records.
- Must be able to work from our Palam Vihar, Gurugram office.

Salary
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + performance incentive
Incentive will be based on successful client conversion after invoice/payment confirmation.
