Job Summary
As a DevOps Engineer for the ICQM (Intelligent Case Query Management) platform, you will enable seamless integration between development and operations teams, focusing on automation, scalability, and reliability. You will be responsible for building and managing cloud-native infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with a strong focus on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), CI/CD pipelines, and production stability across global regions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes
Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters (GKE) for containerized applications
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Ensure high availability and performance across multi-region deployments (APAC, EMEA, Americas)
Implement monitoring and logging using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Stackdriver
Perform incident management and root cause analysis for production environments
Maintain platform documentation, runbooks, and best practices
Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to improve delivery cycles
Skill Requirements
5–8+ years of hands-on DevOps / Cloud Engineering experience
Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Kubernetes (GKE)
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
Strong experience with Docker and container orchestration
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or New Relic
Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Groovy
Proficiency in Git version control and branching strategies
Understanding of security, compliance, and access control practices
Other Requirements
1.Google Professional Cloud Developer certification is preferred.
