About the Role Our team is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications. As a QA Engineer, you will design and implement comprehensive testing strategies, leveraging automation testing tools to identify and report defects. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Selenium and other testing frameworks
- Develop and maintain test scripts, test data, and test environments to ensure adequate coverage of software applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and project management to identify and prioritize testing needs
- Identify, document, and track defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues
- Develop and maintain testing metrics and reports to measure testing effectiveness and efficiency
- Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve testing processes and procedures
Requirements
- Have 8-15 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation testing
- Possess strong expertise in Selenium and other automation testing tools
- Have experience with test design, test development, and test execution
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize testing needs
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
