Job Description:
- Handle Recruitment & Selection Process.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll, incentives, commissions, and deductions.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain employee files and HR MIS reports.
- Identify training needs for sales, service, and support staff.
- Timely Performance Management & Increment.
- Handle Employee Incentive Program
- Legal Formalities related to Employees
- Handle Joining and Handover formalities
Requirement:
Qualification : MBA-HR / PGDM-HR / MPM
Experience : 2-8 Years
Other Requirement:
Excellent Communication Skills (English, Hindi, Marathi)
Computer Knowledge (MS Office & E-mailing)
Problem Solving Skills
Good Presentation Skills
