Job Description:
- Inspect the job & ensure product / line quality.
- To monitor & certify inspection as per stage control plan.
- To maintain inspection documents / reports.
- Sorting of NC parts as per procedure.
- To monitor instruments / gauges calibration status.
- Adherence to inspection schedule.
- To operate instruments / gauges as per procedure / SOP / WI.
- To maintain inspection instruments / gauges as per 5S System.
- To communicate / feedback mechanism to operator / supervisor for NC Parts
Skills:
Knowledge of instruments & units of measurement, conversions, measurement technique, tolerances, drawing reading.
