Role Summary
The Repair & Maintenance Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning, upkeep, and maintenance of all restaurant equipment, utilities, and facilities across assigned outlets. The role focuses on minimizing downtime, coordinating preventive maintenance, managing vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance & Repairs
- Conduct regular inspections of restaurant equipment and facilities.
- Ensure timely repair of kitchen equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and civil works.
- Attend and resolve maintenance complaints from outlets within defined timelines.
- Maintain records of breakdowns, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Preventive Maintenance
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all outlets.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend replacements or upgrades when necessary.
- Ensure maintenance checklists are completed and documented.
Vendor Management
- Coordinate with external service providers and maintenance contractors.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate costs, and ensure quality service delivery.
- Monitor vendor performance and adherence to service agreements.
Cost Control & Asset Management
- Track maintenance expenses and ensure adherence to budgets.
- Maintain an updated asset register for all equipment and fixtures.
- Control repair and maintenance costs through effective planning and vendor management.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with safety, fire, electrical, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct periodic safety audits and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all maintenance activities follow company safety standards.
Store Support
- Coordinate with Restaurant Managers and Area Managers for maintenance requirements.
- Support new store openings, renovations, and refurbishment projects.
- Ensure minimum disruption to restaurant operations during maintenance work.

Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in QSR, retail, hospitality, or F&B.
- Knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, and civil maintenance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and maintenance tracking systems.

Location: Field-Based / Multiple Outlet Visits
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
