About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales person with experience in the coworking industry to drive occupancy, generate leads, and build lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, have a consultative approach, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
- Convert qualified leads into memberships, private offices, and enterprise solutions.
- Conduct site tours and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with startups, SMEs, corporates, and channel partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to maximize occupancy and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about local market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in coworking sales or flexible workspace leasing.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with decision-makers and enterprise clients.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with premium coworking brands or commercial real estate.
- Existing network within the startup or corporate ecosystem is an advantage.
