Job Summary
The Technician Helper – Two Wheeler supports senior technicians in servicing, repairing, and maintaining two-wheelers such as motorcycles and scooters. The role focuses on assisting in routine service work, handling tools and parts, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workshop.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist technicians in periodic service and repair of two-wheelers
- Help in oil change, chain cleaning, lubrication, and washing
- Support removal and refitting of parts such as wheels, brakes, batteries, and panels
- Carry tools, spare parts, and consumables as required
- Clean and organize tools, equipment, and service bays
- Maintain workshop cleanliness and safety standards
- Follow instructions given by technicians and supervisors
- Report any damage, defects, or shortages immediately
- Comply with company policies and safety procedures
Skills & Requirements
- Basic understanding of two-wheeler parts and tools (preferred)
- Willingness to learn servicing and repair skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Teamwork, discipline, and punctuality
Educational Qualification
Experience
- Fresher or up to 6 months experience in a two-wheeler workshop
Working Conditions
- Two-wheeler service workshop
- Exposure to oil, grease, noise, and mechanical equipment
