Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Red Team Specialist / Network Penetration Tester with 4+ years of hands-on experience in offensive security, ethical hacking, and network penetration testing. The role involves simulating real-world cyber attacks, identifying security gaps, and strengthening the organizations overall security posture.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Red Team engagements and adversary simulations across internal and external environments
- Perform network penetration testing (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wireless, Firewalls)
- Identify, exploit, and validate vulnerabilities in servers, endpoints, and network infrastructure
- Execute post-exploitation activities including privilege escalation and lateral movement
- Perform Active Directory security assessments and attack simulations
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and risk analysis
- Prepare detailed technical reports and executive summaries
- Collaborate with Blue Team / SOC teams to enhance detection and response capabilities
- Stay updated with latest vulnerabilities (CVEs), exploits, and threat intelligence trends
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong understanding of network protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SMB, LDAP, Kerberos
- Hands-on experience with security tools:
- Metasploit
- Burp Suite
- Nmap
- Nessus
- Cobalt Strike
- BloodHound
- Mimikatz
- Wireshark
- Experience with Windows & Linux privilege escalation techniques
- Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework and adversary tactics
- Experience in phishing campaigns, payload development, and social engineering
- Understanding of firewalls, IDS/IPS, and evasion techniques
Good to Have (Preferred Skills)
- Certifications such as CEH, OSCP, CRTP, CRTO, eJPT
- Experience with cloud security testing (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with EDR bypass techniques
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
