Job Title: Sr. Civil Site Engineer
Location: DR Congo (Kinshasa)
Experience: Minimum 8–10 Years
Education: B.E./B.Tech (Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities.
- Handle residential, commercial, and warehouse construction projects.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines.
- Manage site execution, planning, and coordination with project teams.
- Monitor labor, materials, and daily site operations.
- Maintain site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in building construction.
- Strong experience in residential, commercial, and warehouse projects.
- Sound knowledge of site execution, supervision, and project planning.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Salary: As per experience
