We are looking for someone who is:
- Exceptionally confident and articulate in communication.
- Extremely comfortable making phone calls and speaking to parents.
- Smart, polished and highly presentable.
- Warm, friendly and approachable.
- Proactive rather than someone who waits to be told what to do.
- Comfortable with sales, follow-ups and converting enquiries.
- Naturally good at building relationships.
- Creative and constantly looking for new ideas and new sources of leads.
- Comfortable meeting new people and representing a premium education brand.
- Organised and capable of managing multiple conversations and follow-ups simultaneously.

The Right Personality

We are looking for someone who naturally thinks like a relationship builder and business developer.
Someone who will see a new school and think, “Could we conduct a workshop here?”
Someone who hears about a new parent group and thinks, “How can Elara reach this community?”
Someone who is not hesitant to pick up the phone, follow up with a parent, introduce herself to a school, speak to a hotel, approach a potential partner or ask for feedback.
Most importantly, we want someone who can represent Elara with confidence, warmth and professionalism.
Working Hours
10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
The role will involve both centre-based work and external visits depending on events, meetings and marketing requirements.

- Parent follow-ups and engagement
- New batches/groups successfully formed
- Social media and WhatsApp lead generation
- School/community/venue partnerships
- Workshop and event leads
- Parent feedback and reviews
- Overall parent satisfaction and communication
- New ideas and initiatives that contribute to Elara's growth
