Role & Responsibilities
- Quality assurance: Oversee and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Process improvement: Identify gaps in operations and recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Audit management: Conduct internal audits, prepare for external audits, and ensure timely closure of non-conformities.
- Documentation control: Maintain and update SOPs, manuals, and quality records in line with ISO or other relevant standards.
- Team coordination: Work closely with production, operations, and other departments to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
- Training support: Assist in training employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Client communication: Handle client queries related to quality, prepare reports, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Performance monitoring: Track KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and present findings to senior management.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Science, or related discipline.
- 6–8 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing, service, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, audits, and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and MS Word for documentation.
- Excellent communication skills for client and internal coordination.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and lead small teams.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
