Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – WoodGuru
Role Overview
As a Customer Relationship Executive at WoodGuru, you will be the bridge between the company and its clients. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a seamless, satisfying, and value-driven customer experience. You will play a key role in building long-term relationships, improving customer retention, and driving repeat business.
Key Responsibilities-
- Act as the single point of contact for the client post-order
- Manage quotations for Client's requirements
- Follow-up on new Client Inquiries
- Track and ensure timely payment collection
- Ensure dispatch timelines and and other commitments are met
- Build strong relationships through regular client touchpoints & drive repeat business & referrals
- Collect genuine client feedback and convert into: Google reviews & Testimonials
- Handle complaints and issues with quick resolution and closure
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Suggest improvements in CRM systems and client processes
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
