Key Responsibilities
- Machine Setup: Read blueprints, technical drawings, or CAD designs to plan the cutting process. Select, secure, and align cutting tools and workpieces.
- Operation: Adjust feed rates, cutting speeds, and depths of cut. Monitor the milling process and make real-time adjustments as needed.
- Quality Control: Measure finished parts using precision tools like micrometers and vernier calipers to ensure they meet exact tolerances.
- Maintenance: Clean equipment, replace worn cutting tools, and perform basic routine machinery maintenance.
- Safety: Follow all workshop safety rules, wear proper protective gear, and keep the work area clean.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
