Position Overview:
This role focuses on supporting customer retention and engagement initiatives to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value. The individual will assist in executing personalised campaigns, monitoring customer behaviour, and optimising retention strategies across multiple customer touchpoints.
Roles and Responsibilities:
This role is pivotal in ensuring customers not only purchase but stay engaged and loyal to the brand.
- Assist in segmenting customers based on lifecycle stages, behaviour, and preferences.
- Support the execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns including onboarding, engagement, and reactivation journeys.
- Coordinate and execute campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on customer engagement and retention metrics.
- Assist in creating personalised customer communication and targeted offers.
- Support the implementation of win-back campaigns for dormant customers.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyse results to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Track key retention metrics such as repeat purchase rate, customer engagement, and churn.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to gather insights on customer feedback and pain points.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on retention marketing trends and customer engagement best practices.
Preferred Skills:
- 0–2 years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, customer engagement, or related fields.
- Familiarity with CleverTap or similar marketing automation tools.
- Experience in the D2C industry.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creativity in designing compelling retention campaigns.
- Understanding of customer psychology and lifecycle marketing.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
