Role Overview:
The CTO will lead the company’s technology vision and digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on leveraging AI, data analytics, and the Microsoft ecosystem to enhance efficiency, scalability, security, and innovation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, optimize, and integrate the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Power Platform, and related tools, with business systems, automation platforms, and reporting workflows.
- Drive adoption and practical use of ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, AI tools, and automation solutions across departments.
- Lead AI and automation initiatives to streamline onboarding, task routing, workflows, and operational efficiency, while ensuring responsible use, data security, and auditability.
- Identify manual and repetitive processes and convert them into efficient, automated workflows.
- Design and maintain leadership dashboards, KPIs, and operational insights using Power BI and related BI tools.
- Own system architecture, integrations, APIs, and end‑to‑end data flows across business applications.
- Establish and enforce technology governance, including access controls, role-based permissions, approval frameworks, data security, privacy controls, and compliance with applicable regulatory and industry standards.
- Own license management, cost optimization, and compliance across all SaaS and technology platforms.
- Work closely with leadership & teams to understand business needs and translate them into practical technological solutions.
- Serve as the single point of accountability for end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, ensuring timely execution and effective coordination with internal teams, consultants, and external vendors.
- Build technology SOPs, documentation standards, and scalable processes for long-term efficiency.
- Track and report measurable success metrics including automation impact, system adoption, efficiency gains, risk reduction, and technology ROI.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in enterprise technology, AI, analytics, and cloud platforms
- Hands-on or leadership exposure to Microsoft 365, Power BI, and Azure
- Understanding of the existing technology stack, including HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, and CodeIgniter 3 framework with its related libraries
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technology solutions
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Technology or related field
- 4+ years of experience in technology leadership roles
