Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will ensure high customer satisfaction, resolve customer concerns, increase customer retention, and support business growth through excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Follow up with customers regarding products, services, and after-sales support.
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM software regularly.
- Generate customer satisfaction reports and feedback analysis.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Achieve customer retention and relationship management targets.
- Prepare periodic reports for management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Any Discipline.
- 10+years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service, or Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered (optional).
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

- Time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Manufacturing, Healthcare, FMCG, or Service Industry will be an added advantage.
