Industry: Textile / Fabric Industry(Will be preffered if not its completely fine)
Experience Required: 5 to 6 Years
Salary: ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Auditor to manage and review financial records, accounting processes, taxation compliance, and internal audits. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, banking transactions, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audit of accounts, vouchers, invoices, and financial transactions
- Verify accounting entries in Tally and accounting software
- Check GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance records
- Review purchase, sales, banking, remittance, and payment entries
- Prepare audit reports and identify financial discrepancies
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with accountants, banks, CA, and management team
- Monitor expenses, receivables, payables, and ledger reconciliations
- Assist during external audits and taxation assessments
- Verify stock records, inventory reports, and financial statements
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and company data
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounts & Auditing
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax & Compliance
- Experience in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Good understanding of Banking & Remittance
- Excellent Excel and reporting skills
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Good communication and documentation skills
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com)
- Audit experience in Textile or Fabric Industry will be an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiner preferred
- Candidate from Western Line preferred
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
