- Call Handling: Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls professionally while following predefined scripts and guidelines.
- Query Resolution: Address customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate information regarding products or services.
- Data Management: Accurately log call details, update customer records, and manage tickets in CRM software.
- Target Achievement: Meet process-specific metrics such as Average Handle Time (AHT), First Call Resolution (FCR), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Escalations: Identify complex issues and escalate them to the appropriate department or senior personnel.
