We are expanding our international business operations and looking for a dedicated and energetic Sales Executive to work from Vadodara and handle the Dubai, Gulf & Africa markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. High-Volume Calling & Data Qualification
- Make 150–200 outbound calls daily to international clients using provided data.
- Qualify prospects, explain our IT & AV products, and identify potential buyers.
- Engage professionally with procurement teams, IT heads, and decision-makers.
2. Daily Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain and update Excel sheets daily.
- Send WhatsApp messages and follow-up emails regularly to clients.
- Keep track of all calls, follow-ups, and responses.
3. Data Verification & Accuracy
- If provided data is incorrect, use Google search, company websites, and directories to:
- Find correct phone numbers (including landline numbers).
- Identify the right person (sales/procurement) and update the Excel database.
4. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate new leads using:
✔ Google Search
✔ Company websites
✔ Lead directories
✔ LinkedIn outreach
- Expand and enrich the sales pipeline independently.
5. Hardcore Sales Execution
- This is a pure sales role with daily calling & monthly target achievements.
- Convert leads into sales and contribute to company growth.
- Earn high commissions on achieving monthly sales targets.
Who We're Looking For
- Excellent English communication (spoken & written).
- Extremely hardworking, disciplined, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working independently without supervision.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and sales skills.
- High energy + hunger for targets + strong follow-up habits.
- Ability to work on CRM systems; knowledge of Zoho CRM is an added advantage.
- Quick learner with interest in IT & AV product sales.
