Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls with prospective and existing patients.
- Provide information about clinic services, treatments, and ongoing programs.
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
- Respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and lead information in CRM systems or data sheets.
- Follow up with patients regarding missed appointments and pending inquiries.
- Support the team in achieving daily call and appointment scheduling objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Any Degree or Diploma.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Tamil; basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and record management.
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
