About the Role
We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Corporate Partnerships Executive to help us grow our B2B and corporate gifting business. The role will involve reaching out to corporates, gifting curators, resellers, HR teams, admin teams, procurement teams, event agencies, and other potential business clients.
This is not a push-based sales role. It is a professional, relationship-led B2B sales role where you will understand client requirements, present suitable gifting products and hampers, follow up on inquiries, and help convert leads into business opportunities.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with professionals, writing clear communication, presenting products well, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to corporates, gifting resellers, curators, HR teams, admin teams, procurement teams, and event agencies for corporate gifting opportunities.
- Pitch Art of Puja’s corporate gifting products, festive hampers, puja products, and curated gifting solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing B2B clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to suggest suitable products, hampers, pricing, and customization options.
- Work on incoming inquiries and follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a proper pipeline of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and client conversations.
- Coordinate with internal team members for catalogs, pricing, samples, product information, and order-related requirements.
- Support the sales team in generating new leads and expanding the corporate gifting network.
- Help convert inquiries into confirmed orders through consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
- Represent the brand professionally in calls, meetings, emails, and client interactions.
Who We Are Looking For
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident personality with a professional approach to client conversations.
- Good articulation and ability to explain products clearly.
- Interest in B2B sales, corporate gifting, brand partnerships, or client relationship management.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Comfortable with calling, emailing, follow-ups, and client coordination.
- Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets, email communication, and sales tracking.
- Self-driven, organized, and willing to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Prior experience in corporate sales, gifting sales, B2B sales, partnerships, or client servicing will be preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Compensation
The annual CTC for this role will be in the range of ₹4–5 LPA, including a fixed component and performance-based incentives as per the company’s commission structure.
