Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding and fabrication works for solar module mounting structures and related components
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and technical specifications
- Cut, grind, fit, and assemble metal parts as required
- Carry out MIG, TIG, ARC, or gas welding activities
- Inspect welded surfaces and ensure quality workmanship
- Support installation teams during structure erection at project sites
- Follow safety procedures and maintain tools and equipment properly
- Coordinate with supervisors and site engineers for daily work execution
Requirements
- Diplom/ITI / Technical qualification in Welding or related trade
- Minimum 1–3 years of welding experience (solar industry experience preferred)
- Knowledge of welding techniques, fabrication tools, and safety standards
- Ability to work at project sites and handle physical work
- Basic understanding of structural drawings
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
