Responsibilities
- Guide new clients through onboarding & setup process
- Coordinate with sales, marketing & technical teams
- Maintain smooth client communication & support
- Handle follow-ups, documentation & project coordination
Requirements
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of IT services & digital marketing
- Professional client handling ability
- Experience in agency or IT industry preferred
