Key Responsibilities
- Cost & Inventory Accounting: Monitor manufacturing costs, raw material usage, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods stock valuation.
- Financial Operations: Manage day-to-day general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and timely month-end/year-end closures.
- Statutory Compliance: Oversee local tax obligations such as GST, TDS, corporate income tax, and labor compliances like PF/ESIC.
- MIS & Budgeting: Prepare monthly management information system (MIS) reports, variance analysis, cash-flow forecasts, and operational budgets.
- Audit & Controls: Coordinate internal, tax, and statutory audits while strengthening internal financial controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train the junior accounts and billing team.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s in Commerce (B.Com) mandatory; professional certifications or MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years in corporate finance and accounting, with at least 2–3 years specifically inside a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, alongside advanced Excel and Tally Prime.
- Core Competencies: High analytical aptitude, strict adherence to financial integrity, and stellar cross-functional communication.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
