About the Role
We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Architect to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate is passionate about architecture and interior design, has strong design sensibilities, and is eager to contribute to residential and commercial projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing architectural and interior design concepts.
- Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Create 2D and 3D presentations, renderings, and visualizations.
- Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and monitor project progress.
- Prepare material specifications, BOQs, and design documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes and project requirements.
- Support project execution while maintaining quality and timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 0–2 years of professional experience (Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Revit, Photoshop, or similar design software is preferred.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction drawings.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
