Job Title: Store In-Charge
Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Store In-Charge to manage and oversee our inventory, warehouse operations, and material distribution. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials essential for our mould manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Oversee day-to-day store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing raw materials, components, and tools.
- Vendor Coordination: Visit and work directly on-site with vendors to coordinate material dispatches, verify quality/quantity, and resolve discrepancies.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of inward and outward stock, Goods Received Notes (GRN), and delivery challans using inventory software or logbooks.
- Safety & Organization: Ensure the warehouse/store area is organized, clean, and adheres to safety protocols for handling manufacturing materials.
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
- Age Limit: 20 to 30 years.
- Driving License: Compulsory (Must possess a valid driving license and be comfortable traveling for vendor visits).
- Flexibility: Must be highly flexible and willing to work on-site with vendors as required.
- Experience: Prior experience in store-keeping or warehouse management.
- Preferred Bonus: Background or experience working in an Injection Moulding Manufacturing environment is a major plus point.
Skills Required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, ERP, or inventory management software).
- Good communication and negotiation skills for handling vendors.
- Ability to work independently and handle on-site field requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
