Job Description
We are looking for a smart, professional, and well-spoken Receptionist to manage front desk operations and handle day-to-day administrative tasks. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a polite personality to interact with clients and visitors professionally.
Responsibilities:
* Welcome and attend visitors in a professional manner
* Handle incoming calls and transfer them to the concerned department
* Maintain visitor records and office registers
* Manage office emails and basic documentation
* Coordinate with HR and other departments when required
* Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception area
* Handle courier, parcels, and appointment scheduling
* Assist in administrative and clerical work
Required Skills:
* Good communication skills in English.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email handling)
* Presentable and professional behavior
* Good interpersonal and organizational skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Polite and confident personality
* Good telephone etiquette
