Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Kofax Developer with strong hands-on experience in Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) and Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM) to design, develop, configure, deploy, and support enterprise-grade intelligent document processing and document-capture solutions. The ideal candidate should have practical expertise across the complete document-processing lifecycle, including document ingestion, OCR/ICR, classification, extraction, validation, workflow routing, and export. Candidates with API/integration knowledge and development experience in technologies such as Java, Node.js, or similar technologies will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and maintain Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) and Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM) solutions. Build and maintain document-capture workflows for enterprise applications. Configure document ingestion, classification, OCR/ICR, data extraction, validation, routing, and export processes. Develop and configure Kofax transformation projects using appropriate locators and extraction techniques. Work with Format Locators, Table Locators, TGL Locators, and Script Locators. Configure and maintain Watched Folder ingestion and document-processing workflows. Develop custom integrations between Kofax and enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, XML, CSV, and SQL. Work with APIs and backend integrations to exchange document and extracted data between systems. Integrate Kofax solutions with OpenText, databases, RPA platforms, and other enterprise applications. Participate in deployment, configuration, testing, migration, and release activities across environments. Perform production support, troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis for Kofax-related issues. Identify and resolve issues related to document recognition, classification, extraction, validation, workflow, and export. Support code/configuration migration between development, test, and production environments. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration documents, and solution specifications. Collaborate with business analysts, technical teams, application teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders. Participate in Agile development, release management, testing, and production-support activities.
Mandatory Technical Skills Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) – Mandatory Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM) – Mandatory Strong hands-on experience in Kofax document capture and intelligent document processing. Experience with: Document classification OCR / ICR Data extraction Validation Workflow routing Export connectors Hands-on experience with: Format Locators Table Locators TGL Locators Script Locators Experience with KTA/KTM deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and support. Knowledge of Watched Folder ingestion. Strong SQL knowledge, preferably SQL Server. Understanding of XML and CSV data formats.
API & Development Skills API/integration knowledge is good to have. Candidates should preferably have some development background using Java, Node.js, or any comparable programming technology. Exposure to the following will be an advantage: REST APIs SOAP Web Services XML CSV SQL Custom integrations Backend/application integration API-based communication between Kofax and enterprise systems
Enterprise Integration Experience Experience integrating Kofax with any of the following will be preferred: OpenText Enterprise content/document management platforms Databases RPA platforms Business applications Other enterprise systems
Preferred Domain Experience Candidates with experience processing the following document types will be preferred: Invoices Purchase Orders (PO) Proof of Delivery (POD) Other structured and semi-structured business documents
Deployment & Production Support The candidate should be comfortable working across the complete application lifecycle, including: Development and configuration Unit testing Integration testing Deployment Environment migration Production implementation Monitoring and troubleshooting Incident resolution Root-cause analysis Production support Release management
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 3–7 years of overall IT experience. Strong practical experience in enterprise document-capture or intelligent automation solutions. Strong analytical and debugging skills. Good communication and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work effectively with technical and business teams.
Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates who have genuine hands-on Kofax development/configuration experience, particularly in KTA and KTM, rather than candidates whose exposure is limited to general document management or production support
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
