Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, cross-cultural understanding, and the ability to work with clients and candidates across domestic and International
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for domestic & international positions across various domains.Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience,Build and maintain strong relationships with candidateManage job postings on job portals and social media platforms.Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in recruitmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, and job portals.
Preferred Skills:
Experience recruiting for multiple regions Multilingual skills are a plus.
