Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive sales for premium residential projects and build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, along with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing high-value transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, manage, and convert qualified leads into successful sales closures.
- Handle HNI, NRI, and premium clientele through a consultative sales approach.
- Conduct project presentations, property tours, and site visits for prospective customers.
- Understand customer investment objectives and lifestyle requirements to recommend suitable residential properties.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, channel partners, and referral networks.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Ensure a superior customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Candidate Profile
- 4–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Luxury Residential Sales, Wealth Management, BFSI, Luxury Automobile Sales, or other HNI-focused sales roles.
- Proven experience in handling premium customers and high-value transactions.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Professional and presentable personality with strong relationship management abilities.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
