Job Description (JD)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Quality Check Technician to monitor product quality, inspect manufacturing processes, and ensure food safety standards are maintained throughout production. The ideal candidate should have experience in quality checking within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
Experience: 2–3 Years
Industry Preference: FMCG / Food Manufacturing
Location: Rabale MIDC
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality checks during production and packaging processes
- Monitor product quality, taste, texture, and packaging standards
- Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed
- Identify defects, inconsistencies, or quality issues in products
- Maintain quality control records and inspection reports
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality concerns
- Perform routine checks on raw materials and finished goods
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Microbiology, Quality Management, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in quality checking or quality assurance
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Ability to maintain accurate reports and documentation
- Good communication and coordination abilities
Bonus
- Experience in snacks, namkeen, or FMCG manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, or food safety practices
- Familiarity with quality testing procedures and audits
- Ability to work in rotational shifts if required
