Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to drive business growth by building strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare partners. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a Medical Representative or in healthcare sales, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and medical professionals.
- Promote the company's healthcare services and products to potential partners.
- Conduct regular field visits and client meetings to generate leads and close business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for new clients.
- Represent the company at healthcare events, seminars, and promotional activities whenever required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Medical Representative roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical industry.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and field activities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Preferred Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Medical Representative is highly preferred.
- Existing network with doctors, hospitals, or healthcare professionals is an added advantage.
