About the Role
ANI Integrated Services Ltd. is hiring a Safety Manager for a prestigious IT Office Interior Fit-Out project managed by JLL in Chennai. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) activities and ensuring compliance with client, statutory, and project safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all site HSE activities for the project.
- Develop, implement, and monitor project-specific safety plans and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with JLL safety standards, client requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Conduct HIRA, JSA, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Implement and monitor Permit to Work (PTW) systems for high-risk activities.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs.
- Monitor work at height, hot work, electrical work, lifting operations, and confined space activities.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper PPE usage and adherence to safe work practices.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
- Maintain all HSE documentation, reports, registers, and compliance records.
- Conduct emergency response drills and ensure fire safety compliance.
- Promote a strong safety culture and achieve project safety objectives.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in HSE/Safety Management.
- Experience in IT Office Fit-Out, Corporate Interior Projects, Commercial Buildings, Workplace Projects, Interior Fit-Out, Construction, or EPC Projects.
- ADIS / PDIS qualification preferred.
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA certifications will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Immediate to 15 days joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
