Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and convert leads generated by the marketing/sales team into successful business deals
- Understand client requirements in detail and provide suitable fire safety solutions
- Coordinate with internal technical and design teams for accurate proposals and execution
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals effectively
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and project handover to execution team
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling (AMC, upgrades, additional systems)
- Monitor ongoing projects and ensure client satisfaction
- Handle key accounts and ensure long-term business retention
- Support in tender finalization and high-value deal closures
- Track sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups for deal conversion
- Work towards achieving revenue targets and business growth goals
Required Skills:
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent client handling and relationship management
- Good understanding of technical/industrial products (preferably fire safety systems)
- Ability to convert leads into revenue
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Strong coordination skills with internal teams
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Qualification:
- Graduate (mandatory)
- MBA in Marketing (preferred)
- B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical or related field preferred)
Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience in business development / sales closure role
- Experience in fire safety, construction, or industrial sector preferred
- Proven track record of deal closures and revenue generation
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
