What would you do? The selected person should be willing to perform such projects / tasks which provides them an overview of the work in the Treasury services area for retail business. Identified individuals should understand the client business, technology, process details and procedures. Typically, a resource would work closely with the business unit of the customer organization and provide them with financial accounting support (bank postings, reconciliations) and Treasury reporting support in a timely and accurate manner. The selected individual will be responsible for managing the Treasury Management team.
What are we looking for? Skill required: Treasury Management •We are looking for individuals who have the following skillset: Commerce Graduate/MBA/Chartered Accountant/ICWA/CS with 6 - 10 years of industry experience in Treasury/ FS of which 3-4 of supervisory experience Strong written and verbal communication skills, be well organized, detail oriented, and able to perform in a fast-paced changing environment. The position is multi-task and multi-system oriented, and the candidate must be flexible and be adaptable in an ever-changing environment. Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role, you are required to fulfil below responsibilities: - Responsible for managing the Treasury Management team. Ensures compliance with requirements, policies and regulations by enforcing adherence to corporate systems, policies and governmental regulations, rendering opinions and advising management on needed actions. Constantly be on the lookout for ways to enhance value for your respective stakeholders/clients. Ensure that the SLAs and Operations metrics are met. Guide, support, and work with other team leaders & team members Prepare operating reports for clients and internal management. Share feedback and execute performance management actions. Execution of backup planning for all service delivery actions Facilitate quality checks for the work performed by the team members. Participation in performance review/governance discussions with client Support process improvement projects Ensure appropriate team structure is in place to support future growth Make sure a robust succession plan is in place. Coordinate effectively with the support team, Client and the team members. Managing small / mid-size teams (10-15 FTEs) Activity Monitoring / Challenges Maintaining the standards of delivery consistently. Ensure permanent supervision is completed in timely manner. Ensure team is always fully aware of all the procedures and deadlines. Ensure that the process documents are up to date and capture all new updates in the market. Ensure operations are run in a risk-controlled environment with adequate checks and controls. Play active role and sponsor process improvements. 121 with the team leaders to manage their expectations and take a stock of situation in office.
