About the Role
Spectrum Solar Power Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced ERP Implementation Executive to support the successful implementation and adoption of ERPNext across the organization. The selected candidate will coordinate with internal departments and the ERP implementation partner to ensure smooth deployment, user training, system adoption, and ongoing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end implementation of ERPNext across all business functions.
- Work closely with department heads to understand operational workflows and system requirements.
- Liaise with the ERP implementation partner to ensure timely project execution.
- Assist in requirement gathering, process mapping, testing, and user acceptance activities.
- Organize and conduct user training sessions for employees across departments.
- Prepare user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
- Monitor implementation progress and follow up on pending activities.
- Provide first-level support to users and coordinate issue resolution with the ERP implementation partner.
- Promote effective ERP adoption by guiding employees on system usage and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements through ERP utilization.
- Coordinate software updates, testing, and change management activities.
- Maintain implementation reports and communicate project status to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP implementation, ERP support, or ERP project coordination.
- Experience with ERPNext is preferred. Candidates with experience in other ERP platforms are also encouraged to apply.
- Good understanding of business processes such as HR, Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Finance, and Operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external implementation partners.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
