Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development & Brand Partnerships Lead who can convert brand credibility, influence, and reach into consistent sponsorship revenue.
This role is strictly for professionals with an existing brand / agency / founder network. Freshers and learners should not apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire brand sponsorships for podcast episodes and short-form content
- Onboard brand-integrated / paid guests
- Leverage your existing professional network to unlock brand budgets
- Pitch and sell podcast sponsorship and media packages
- Build and manage long-term brand partnerships
- Work closely with the founder to drive monthly revenue growth
Required Experience & Profile
You should currently be working or have prior experience as:
- Business Development Manager (Media / Digital / Influencer)
- Brand Partnerships Manager
- Sponsorship Sales Manager
- Media Sales / Revenue Partnerships Professional
- Influencer / Creator Partnerships (agency-side experience preferred)
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience in closing sponsorship or media deals
- Direct access to brand decision-makers or marketing agencies
- Strong pitching, negotiation, and closing skills
- Revenue-driven mindset with performance focus
If you do not have real deal-closing experience or an active network, this role will not be a fit.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary + High Commission
- Earnings directly linked to revenue performance
