Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Celebrity Sourcing team. This role involves building relationships with celebrities and their teams to facilitate brand collaborations. The ideal candidates will have a keen eye for fashion, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for working within the entertainment and fashion industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating Sourcing Requests:
- Identify and coordinate clients’ outfits, jewelry, accessories, and shoes for celebrity collaborations.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of celebrity stylists, managers, and publicists.
- Ensure timely delivery of fashion items to celebrities and their teams.
- Celebrity Coordination:
- Build and maintain relationships with celebrities, stylists, and management teams.
- Understand celebrities' personal styles and preferences to provide tailored fashion recommendations.
- Campaign & Event Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute celebrity dressing and brand campaigns.
- Track and manage inventory of clients’ products used for celebrity endorsements and appearances.
- Ensure all collaborations align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Trend Analysis & Industry Networking:
- Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and industry news.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the team based on red carpet trends and celebrity fashion choices.
- Attend fashion and entertainment industry events to network with key stakeholders.
- Other Tasks:
- Manage deliverables with celebrities and their teams.
- Prepare reports on the performance and reach of celebrity collaborations.
- Handle logistical issues that arise during the sourcing and delivery process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of work experience in fashion PR, celebrity styling, influencer marketing, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and luxury brands.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
