Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Product Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition, provider growth, product adoption, and marketplace engagement across NexSara's global markets.
This role combines product marketing, digital marketing, content strategy, campaign execution, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and marketplace growth initiatives. You will work closely with product, engineering, design, operations, and leadership teams to launch features, improve adoption, and grow marketplace demand and supply.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new platform features and services.
- Create product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Launch and optimize customer and provider acquisition campaigns.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research.
- Support marketplace category expansion initiatives.
Digital Marketing
- Manage SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content campaigns.
- Optimize customer acquisition funnels and conversion rates.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI.
- Build and manage marketing automation workflows.
Content & Brand Marketing
- Create landing pages, blogs, newsletters, and marketing assets.
- Develop customer and provider educational content.
- Support brand awareness and marketplace growth initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Analytics & Growth
- Track KPIs including traffic, leads, registrations, conversions, retention, and marketplace engagement.
- Build performance reports and growth dashboards.
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion optimization experiments.
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis.
Marketplace Growth
- Support provider onboarding and engagement initiatives.
- Develop campaigns to increase customer demand across service categories.
- Collaborate with partnerships and business development teams.
- Drive adoption of new marketplace features and programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or product marketing.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with marketplaces, SaaS, e-commerce, or digital platforms.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with customer lifecycle marketing and CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization and A/B testing.
- Experience launching products or digital services.
