Key Responsibilities
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports, and business documents.
- Create and update presentation slides for meetings and client discussions.
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage Zoom meetings.
- Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and business summaries.
- Coordinate with internal teams and management for various business activities.
- Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Zoom, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools.
Work Timing
- The candidate should be flexible with working hours based on business requirements, meetings, and project deadlines.
- Willingness to support occasional extended hours, evening meetings, or urgent tasks when required.
Experience
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
