Managing Die development for new models from Design to Trials
Checking of Die Designs checking .
Conduct die trials & proving of dies on press.
Job Responsibilities:
Die Development for Sheet Metal Parts - Transfer & Tandem press line:
Die design validation
Die development - Project management from design stage to commissioning stage
Inspection of dies at various stages
Trials & proving of die
Competencies / Skills:
Basic knowledge of UG NX/Auto Cad/ MS-Excel
Understanding of Die Development, Die trials/modification, Die Repair & Panel Proving
Part Quality maturation process and Die modification work for part Quality/Accuracy
Basic knowledge of Yield improvement techniques
Basic understanding project management.
