Role: We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Representative who will be responsible for cold calling, generating and managing leads, presenting Bricks Media’s services and capabilities through compelling pitch presentations, and closing deals to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, a strong negotiator, and someone comfortable owning the sales cycle end-to-end from prospecting to contract signing.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and identify new business leads through research, networking, and referrals
- Conduct cold calling and cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate fresh leads
- Reach out to and engage potential clients
- Prepare and deliver PPT presentations to clients
- Customize proposals and pricing as per client needs
- Negotiate and close deals/contracts
- Maintain and update sales pipeline/CRM
- Build and manage long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery
- Track market trends and competitor activity
- Report leads, conversions, and revenue to management
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
