About the Role
At Delhi Public School, Sector 67A, Gurugram, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cambridge Program Coordinator to lead the implementation and delivery of the Cambridge Lower Secondary, IGCSE, AS & A Level programmes for the Academic Session 2027-28. The role involves providing academic leadership, ensuring curriculum excellence, supporting teachers, and maintaining compliance with Cambridge International standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the implementation of Cambridge Lower Secondary, IGCSE, AS & A Level programmes.
- Ensure effective curriculum planning, delivery, assessment, and quality assurance.
- Mentor and support teachers in Cambridge pedagogy, curriculum design, and assessment practices.
- Coordinate curriculum reviews, lesson observations, and academic audits.
- Monitor student performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with Cambridge International and manage all related documentation and compliance requirements.
- Organize professional development programmes and training for faculty.
- Work closely with school leadership to strengthen academic standards and student outcomes.
Eligibility & Experience
- Master's Degree in a relevant discipline; B.Ed. preferred.
- Proven experience within the Cambridge International curriculum framework.
- Currently serving as a Cambridge Coordinator in an established Cambridge school, or
- An experienced Senior Teacher/Academic Leader aspiring to move into a curriculum leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Cambridge Lower Secondary, IGCSE, AS & A Level programmes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and mentoring skills.
