Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and CRM tools
- Conduct outbound calling to connect with potential customers
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects
- Counsel professionals on suitable programs and convert leads into enrolments
- Maintain strong follow-ups and nurture leads through the sales funnel
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2C sales / counselling (EdTech preferred)
- Prior experience as an Admissions Counsellor is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Fluent English required)
- Comfortable with calling, in-person meetings, and CRM tools
- Target-driven with a strong follow-up approach
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gurugram, Haryana (Gurugram)
